The MT Polska Convention Center has the infrastructure and amenities for hosting concerts.
We have the technical flexibility to configure the convention hall according to concert promoters’ needs.
Convention hall
- 10,000 sq. m. of rentable space.
- useable height – 10 m., in places – up to 14 m.
- 10,000 seat capacity in the theater configuration
- grandstands and the stage can be configured to meet specifications of concert promoter
- hanging of decorative elements (banners, signage, stage props, etc.) from the ceiling: 1.5 tons per support beam. Maximum ceiling load in the convention hall – 48 tons.
- floor load capacity: 1.5 tons/sq. m.; loads can be increased once additional weight-bearing elements are laid down on the floor
- The convention center floor is equipped with channels running utilities and media, which you can connect to anywhere in the hall. These channels run:
- electrical cables
- plumbing
- internet cables providing download speeds up to 80 Mb/s - the convention hall roof has 136 skylights, which can be blacked out for an event
- gates and doors:
- 2 automatic gates, dimensions: 4 m. x 5.5 m.
- 4 gates, dimensions: 3 m. x 2.5 m.
- 28 emergency exit doors located throughout the convention hall - the state-of-the-art sound system allows for up to five independent audio zones in the hall, each with its own broadcast
Large foyer/main entrance hall

- The modern access control system utilizes entry gates (10 turnstiles, 2 swing gates), which monitor the entrances of tens of thousands of visitors and directly update the visitor database with that information, in accordance with the provisions of the law on personal data protection
- 14 computerized cash registers
- 4 computerized welcome desks
- A system of 22 synchronized LCD monitors which can:
- display the same advertisement or informational content on all monitors simultaneously
- display different content on all monitors
This LCD system can be used to broadcast multimedia spots, targeted advertising, concert information, etc.
Conference floor
The large conference room has useable floor space of 250 sq. m. and can be divided into three smaller conference rooms. Each conference room can be adapted for other purposes and can be used as a wardrobe, green room, etc.
The conference floor also features a control room, overlooking the entire convention hall, for managing all sound, lighting and multimedia systems. From here we can control the zoned sound system in the convention hall and main foyer, which allows the broadcast of advertising, public announcements, and music throughout the entire convention center. The conference floor also features:

WiFi connectivity is available in the entire convention center
Outdoor exhibition area

- portable convention calls can be erected in this designated area
