    • The convention center floor is equipped with channels running utilities and media, which you can connect to anywhere in the hall.   • Conference rooms

    At the MT Polska Convention Center, you can utilize our dedicated conference rooms or use the main convention hall to hold your conference. Floor space available in the main convention hall:

    • 10,000 sq. m., which can be divided according to your needs; a larger number of conference rooms can be built
    • dimensions: 102 m. x 98 m.
    • height – 10 m., in places – 14 m.
    • organize conferences for anywhere from 300 to 10,000 people

    Space available in the conference rooms on the first floor of the office building:Conference rooms A+B+C:

    Conference rooms have their own, independent safety features:

    • system of smoke detectors and heat sensors
    • two independent evacuation routes
    • emergency exit doors

    First floor foyer:

    The conference floor also features:

    • a control room, overlooking the entire convention hall, for managing all sound, lighting and multimedia systems. From here we can control the zoned sound system in the convention hall and main foyer, which allows the broadcast of advertising, public announcements, and music throughout the entire convention center.

  • Main foyer/entrance hall

    The expansive main foyer is located on the ground floor of the office building. This entrance hall is outfitted with state-of-the-art multimedia equipment.
    Floor area: 600 sq. m.

    • The modern access control system utilizes 10 turnstiles, which monitor the entrances of tens of thousands of visitors and directly update the visitor database with that information, in accordance with the provisions of the law on personal data protection
    • A system of 22 synchronized LCD monitors which can:
    • display the same advertisement or informational content on all monitors simultaneously
    • display different content on all monitors
    • broadcast multimedia spots, targeted advertising, trade fair information, etc.
    • 14 computerized cash registers
    • 4 computerized welcome desks
    • an elevator and two stairwells
    • two large entrances consisting of double glass doors; non-slip tile floor

  • Outdoor exhibition area

    The Convention Center features a 4,000 sq. m. outdoor exhibition area paved with sett stones.

    We can erect portable convention halls, offering up to 3,000 sq. m. of floor space with floor load capacity of 750 kg/sq. m., in this designated area. These portable halls are equipped with air conditioning, ventilation, and heating.

How to rent a space?

When calling or emailing us, please have the following information ready:

  • dates of your planned event, along with an alternate datethe number of hours/days needed to set up for the event and disassembly/cleanup time after the event
  • how much space you need
  • expected number of participants/visitors
  • type of event and its theme (conference, concert, convention, fair, etc.), which will allow us to help you to choose your ideal floor space

Once you have collected the information described in Phase # 1:

  • call our Sales Department
  • send your inquiry to:
  • we will assist you with event planning
  • we will help determine what additional services you will need
  • establish a date to meet and tour the facilities

Once we know the details of your planned event, we will:

  • give you a guided tour of our entire facilities, no matter how big or small your event
  • jointly establish all of the technical and logistical details of the event with our Facilities Administration Department
  • after the meeting, our Sales Department will prepare a price quotation for you
  • once we send you the quote, you have seven days to decide to make a reservation for the space
  • when you make your decision, we move on to Phase # 4 – finalizing the offer

Once the dates and terms of the lease have been confirmed:

  • we prepare a draft agreement, along with appendices (Exhibitor Guidelines and Procedures, plans of common areas, event scope, delivery/return protocol for leased space, price list for additional services, order form for additional services, fire safety instructions)
  • we announce the event on the calendar of events page of the MT Polska Center web site (provided the event is open to the public)
  • we make every effort to ensure the success of your event - we provide security and support to make sure everything goes as planned

      Compiling data on attendees who visited a given booth or display

      We rent a device (bar code reader) which allows the collection of information on who visited a given booth or display during the convention. Each attendee is given an entrance card to the Convention Center with a bar code, which is scanned at the booth and the data is then compiled into a database. Use of this service requires the rental of the access control and visitor registration system. The above-mentioned databases are created in accordance with the provisions of the law on personal data protection.

      • The nearly 50 sq. m. screen is mounted on a TIR trailer.
      • The screen can be rotated nearly 360 degrees during an event and can be hauled to a different location as needed – new possibilities thanks to mobility!
      • Thanks to full automation, the screen can be set up and packed away in under 30 minutes.
      • Only one technician is necessary. There is no need for cranes, frames, etc.
      • An electrical generator and mini television control room is provided – full readiness even under difficult conditions.
      • The Mobile LED is ideal for outdoor events and, in fact, anywhere you need a large, high-quality screen and have little time for set up.

      We can erect portable convention halls, offering up to 3,000 sq. m. of floor space with floor load capacity of 750 kg/sq. m., on the grounds of the MT Polska Convention Center. All portable halls are equipped with air conditioning, ventilation, and heating to ensure comfort during an event.
