Fixed-line internet connectivity, with speeds up to 80 Mb/s, is available throughout both A and B zones of the main convention hall. WiFi is available throughout the entire MT Polska Convention Center.

Our modern access control system allows the registration of tens of thousands of attendees and the creation of databases.

We can, at very competitive rates, issue any number of passes or identification badges both for event exhibitors and attendees.

Art Security is MT Polska’s long-time partner in providing security services for trade fairs, conventions, conferences and other public events.

We input data from registration forms collected during an event and can provide a useable database of that information to exhibitors in the form of a Microsoft Excel file. The above-mentioned databases are created in accordance with the provisions of the law on personal data protection.

We have the ability to quickly send emails to a large list of addressees. Our system can handle tens of thousands of individually addressed emails within a few minutes and we are able to target an audience that will likely be interested in a particular event or promotion.

The MT Polska Convention Center is equipped to handle conferences and conventions ranging in size from 100 to 10,000 people. MT Polska can outfit conference rooms with the following:

• chairs,
• conference tables, 180 cm x 80 cm,
• tables, 80 cm x 80 cm for brochures or catering,
• multimedia projectors,
• flipcharts, dry-erase boards,
• projection screens,
• wireless microphones,
• podiums (available heights:  50 cm, 70 cm, 90 cm)
• zoned sound systems.

We employ the services of a company responsible for compliance with fire safety regulations, the preparation of fire safety reviews, the checking of fire safety certifications, designation of safety zones, and the maintenance of an on-call fire inspector during both event preparation and events themselves.

The convention hall is equipped with:

• a modern fire prevention system,
• smoke vents on the roof of the center, which operate automatically in the event of a fire hazard,
• a public address/alarm system (DSO) which operates automatically,
• SAP – a system of smoke detectors as well as manual pull-station fire alarms (ROP),
• an automatic sprinkler system,
• hydrants and fire extinguishers.

We can erect portable convention halls, offering up to 3,000 sq. m. of floor space with floor load capacity of 750 kg/sq. m., on the grounds of the MT Polska Convention Center. We also offer portable convention halls with an additional story (floor load capacity of 450 kg/ sq. m.). All portable halls are equipped with air conditioning, ventilation, and heating to ensure comfort during an event. The halls are built from high-quality, fire-resistant materials and have all required fire safety certifications.

• shipment of displays, merchandise, etc., full customs service,
• loading and unloading of materials for the trade fair in accordance with the instructions of the sender,
• provides qualified personnel to unpack and pack exhibit materials at the convention center,
• professional storage of empty containers, displays, and exhibition stands,
• rental of pallet/hand trucks, lifts, and transporters,
• provides merchandise insurance.
